We just switched to Proclaim two weeks ago and it’s been great so far. We’ve encountered a weird bug (at least I think it’s a bug) this week though. We typically conclude our songs with a blank slide that contains our CCLI attribution. We do this using Proclaim’s native features.
This is working fine with the first song in our show for Sunday. However, the rest of the songs are not working properly. They are adding on many copies of the final slide. There are over a dozen copies of that final credit slide. All settings are the same, but multiple iterations of the slide are visible. The verse sequence section contains no additional slides, these only appear in the output of the show.
I’ve tried dealing with it by changing the credits to the final lyric slide or to just showing no credits. This just makes an equal number of copies of the final lyric slide. This problem is shared on all three computers I’ve checked. My (senior pastor) iMac, the Worship Leader’s MacBook, and the Sanctuary PC.
I have a formal support request in, but as it's near the end of the week I just want to see if anyone else has dealt with this. Is there any solution to this, or are we just waiting for a bugfix? We can work around it by clicking on the next slide, but that’s obviously not a permanent nor ideal solution.
