Why can I not find every instance of a correctly tagged feature in the LDGNT?

I am looking at the various conjunctions used in the Greek New Testament, using the LDGNT. Looking for "Temporal Frame" is simple:
LDGNT:"temporal frame"
and this finds John 4:1 correctly (and 4:2 where the frame finishes)

And the following search finds the opening ὡς correctly:
morph.g:CAT

But once I extend the search to:

morph.g:CAT in LDGNT:"temporal frame"
I do get many correct results, but now without John 4:1.
I guess this has to do with taking the verse as a search unit and as such the search does not register the 'closing' of the frame in the next verse.
Is there an elegant way around this rather unexpected state of things?

in large caps (as is required for such terms), John 4:1 is part of the results
