After reviewing this issue, it seems to be connected to browser security settings. While these files cannot be downloaded securely, given the warning from our browser, they can be downloaded insecurely but you'll need to bypass security settings and force the download.
The file can't be downloaded securely, but it can still be downloaded.
Click the three dots, then "Keep":
Then click "Keep anyway":
This problem affects files uploaded to Faithlife Groups before August 2015.
We have noted this problem, but it's not currently on the roadmap to be fixed since there is a workaround (and only an extremely small number of files are affected).
