I regularly run across unlinked citations in Logos resources I own that are to other Logos resources I own. I suggest Logos automate finding and linking unlinked citations in all ~275,000 resources on Logos that are to other Logos resources. Here's an example that couldn't have been linked before the cited resource was published, but could have been linked after the fact: in G. K. Beale, Handbook on the New Testament Use of the Old Testament: Exegesis and Interpretation, page 60, footnote 9 reads: "For an expansion of the following section on Hosea 11:1 in Matt. 2:15, see G. K. Beale, 'The Use of Hosea 11:1 in Matthew 2:15: One More Time.' JETS [forthcoming]."
The published article is on Logos (Journal of the Evangelical Theological Society, Vol. 55, No. 4 (December 2012), page 696). I found the article with a perplexity search, and then opened JETS, volume 55, in Logos and read the article - which was well cited (by its author) and well worth reading in the context of the citing work.
Links for citations to Logos resources are one of the features of Logos I value most highly, and are one of the reasons Logos is my first choice for the platform on which I buy books. Indeed, I don't buy books that aren't on Logos unless I find them so compelling that I'm willing to put up with a second-rate platform - whether it be Kindle, any other eBook platform, pdf, or even print (excepting, of course, Bibles from my characterization of print as a second-rate platform).
