I am unable to watch live webinars from Logos. When I click on the link the run system check just spins. I have tried over and over again. How can I resolve this?

My Greek NT SBL is blacked out whenever I open it on my iPad. I used it every day. It has preciously blacked out, but then I could close the app, open it again, and it would be back. It has not helped this time. On my iPhone it pops right up. Does anyone know why this would occur and how to fix it?
