Why does Power Lookup doesn't scroll with all Bibles?

Using my standard bible (the "Einheitsübersetzung" and link set A, Power Lookup scrolls with the bible.

Using the Clementine Vulgate, first it shows nothing:

Only after picking manually the verse and clicking on Power Lookup, the latter shows information:

This renders reading on quite impossible (when I have to select each verse single-handed).

The Power Lookup tool is intended to look up any hyperlinked text that is visible on the page. As a side feature, it can also look up a reference that you send to the tool. The Clementine Vulgate doesn't seem to have any hyperlinks, so I wouldn't expect it to display anything unless you send it a reference.

I tried to get mine to work (using 3 Clementines). Zippo. I had to go to oldie 'Help' to see how Power Lookup's supposed to work.

I didn't imply success. It's supposed to respond to scrolling … it didn't.

The Biblia Sacra Vulgate worked for me once I downloaded the apparatus from the cloud.
