I do find the Insights panel useful but would like to see an enhancement that would allow the sections to be reordered. For instance, to move Cross References section to the top instead of Related Books, etc.
Please add MFA to your site. You have financial data and private user information on user accounts. I have no idea why you are not using basic levels of security to ensure users protection. Please implement immediately.
Logos is a fantastic platform. Please consider allowing users to add a PayPal account directly from the Billing Info screen. Currently, PayPal can only be linked after completing a purchase using it at checkout.
Please merge Notes and Highlights into unified Annotations. Sometimes what I begin as a note turns into a highlight and vice versa. At least offer a menu option to convert a Note into a Highlight and vice versa.
