We should have the ability to directly create a folder in the quick start pane by simply right clicking on the empty area. Then we can directly drag resources right in to the new folder. It would be a little more intuitive than the current method.
Do you mean the Shortcut bar at the top of your Logos window?

I actually have my shortcut bar on the left of my screen. Some people prefer the top but yes that is the area.

I noticed that the Zoom feature under the View menu for any book only goes down to 80% on the 'minus sign' but the Zoom on the 'plus sign' goes up to 360%!
