The Corpus Scriptorum Ecclesiasticorum Latinorum (CSEL) is a series of critical editions of the Latin Church Fathers published by a committee of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.

The CSEL is intended to include the ecclesiastical authors who wrote in Latin from the late 2nd century AD until the death of Bede in 735. The texts are edited on the basis of all extant manuscripts and according to the principles of modern textual criticism and thus aim to provide a critical replacement for the corresponding volumes of the Patrologia Latina.

Given that there are AI engines that have trained on broad, current data to an extent that is financially impractical for Logos, and given that this AI will create expectations in Logos users that they should be able to access the resources AI used … I am wondering if Logos ought to provide indexes for select writings/denominational writings sites that provide online reading and/or downloading the documents. I recognize that this increases the overhead to insure the links are current but is it worth it in order to include a greatly expanded library?
