Sometimes I add songs to the presentation that emphasize different themes, with no intention of singing all of them. This leaves flexibility to lead according to the direction the service takes.
However, those songs that go unsung are still included in the usage reports, which throws off my future planning and my look back on song frequency. It also confuses the CCLI reports.
Is there a way to delete the songs we did not actually sing from the generated usage report after the date of the presentation?
