I have recently purchased a Boox Go 10.3 and logged into my Logos account. Used it a few times with no issues. But as of this morning, it prompts me with, " AUTHORIZE: Android Storefront wants permission to use your Logos account" and the only two responses available are 'authorize' or 'sign out'. When I hit 'authorize' the wheel just spins and spins until the device goes to sleep. It won't authorize/accept.
I tried restarting the device, updating the app, and now uninstalling to reinstall. I again logged in and am hit with the AUTHORIZE prompt. The prompt blocks my use of Logos on this device. What gives?!
Please someone help me.
