Why did logos quit working after my free trail ended and my subscription payment was made?

I can't think of any reason for that happening.
When you say it stopped working, can you no longer start it, do you no longer have access to some of the features or something else?

The splash screen says free addition and then the program closes.
No instruction anywhere says you have to reinstall enter a code nothing. Like a mechanic with all his tools in a locked garage and not having a key.
I have a bible study today that I wanted to be prepared for with the extra features. In times like this I look for what God wants me to see and right now I'm not seeing it. aside from patience what I feel I have plenty of as is.

If that doesn't work, I recommend collecting and posting logs - as outlined here. (Partway down the article you will see guidance on doing this in the case that Logos won't start)
The download and install did not work until I uninstalled my previous version there was no instruction to do that but it seemed logical and it did work.

I'm using the recent tablet version, but unless I'm connected to wifi I can't even search my top Bible. I couldn't find anything about it in the 'help'. Am I doing something wrong?
I used the highlight panel to change the color of the text. I want to change it back to black but I can't find a way to do that.
