Basics of Biblical Hebrew & Greek Video Lectures Not Working?

I bought both of these video lecture courses a few years back (Van Pelt = Hebrew; Mounce = Greek)—but just thought I would brush up on my Hebrew last night & was unable to view my course. Same thing with the Greek course. All of my other courses are working.

I thought that once you bought these courses from Logos there were yours for life—what gives? Anyone else having this problem? Do we receive a refund if not fixed?

Inquiring minds want to know🥴.

Hm, the Basisc of Biblical Greek video course is playing for me. Can you restart your PC, make sure you're connetcted to the internet (the video content of courses is only loaded locally when you first watch it) and try again? If it doesn't work, please capture logs ( https://wiki.logos.com/diagnostic_logging will hopefully still tell you how) and post them here.

I’m definitely connected to internet. I even tried them on the Faithlife Ebooks & Faithlife TV apps.—none of them are working. All of the other video lectures that I own are playing fine in all of those apps. So, definitely something unique to the Mounce & Van Pelt lectures.

I’m using my iPad, but they’ve always worked fine (and, again, the other lectures are playing). Tried it on my iPhone and, same thing exactly.

Will look into the link above though—much appreciated.

I had some issues with Mobile Eds too, so I use this workaround to download all the media and 6/7 worked so far.

Open the course and click on the kebab/3 vertical dots icon > Download All Media
