I've watched a few you tubers using the Logos Bible software. and became interested in using it for myself. I'm a fairly new Logos 10 user. I've been setting up my own layouts. I like the parallel feature and use it quite a bit. There are still configurations I'm working on to better suit my preferences. I've noticed users with different display setups and have a couple of questions.
First, how do I change the color of the hover over text color. I've tried to finds the the system, light and dark application themes and they all use the same color when I hover over the text. The visual filters seem to have another use.

Second, in the following image I like the highlighting for the book with the chapter for each of the chapters, "1Tim.6:11". Also, notice that verse 9 and verse 10 are of different colors. How is this done?
Lastly, the top header show the bible being used, ability to change text size, not sure what the next icon is and what it does and the setting wheel. How do I setup the header similar to this
I am continuing to explore Logos and my next attempt will be setting up and using visual filters.
