Biblekasten (Bible study and Zettlekasten)

I recently came across the zettlekasten method of note taking and idea connection. I then got into using the obsidian software, and i really like it. I was wondering if anyone else uses this method within the Logos environment, and how they link their notes.

I've been using Obsidian for notes capture with Logos for a couple of years now. It is still a work in progress. There are definite trade-offs if trying to maintain notes in one or the other and the benefits depend on your use case. I basically maintain 4 types of notes: 1) MOC (map of content) per Biblical book, 2) The MOC contains the links of the literary breakdown of each book (via pericope), 3) Each pericope note contains links to more detailed notes on ideas, concepts, and thoughts, 4) Reference notes that contain the bibliographic information from which the idea, concept, or thought originated. All notes have properties and/or tags that link the notes to a text, a verse, or book, or author. This allows for a quick and easy search on everything related to a verse, passage, idea, or author. I do not re-create the Biblical text in Obsidian, that is always referenced either in Logos or my physical Bible. I will also use a unique icon in Logos to tell me when I have more significant notes captured in Obsidian. Again, a work in progress. Any other ideas on this would be welcomed.

Adjusting Reading Plans
In my reading plan I have missed a couple of days. I want to adjust the plan to start me at the readings I missed and go with the same schedule from there. I can't figure out how to do this without losing readings or having to start the plan all over again. Is there way to do this? Thanks!

I know that books tagged as Bible Commentary are obviously shown there, and it seems that those tagged as Study Bible and Bible Notes also appear. Library Order in Release Date and Filter to 25 Years
As in academic older books than 25 years of its first release are outdated, I would love if I can order the Library to the release date. Plus cut off what is older than 25 years. Especially for search results, so no outdated books showing up.
iPad Notes
I'm missing all my notes in my iPad. I have over 16,000 notes in my NASB 1995. I can see them in MacBook as well as in my iPhone except on my iPad. I have checked all the normal ways to see if I'm missing something, but I've gotten zero results. Any ideas how to get them back? Thank you, Joseph
