A screenshot would help, particularly for the "Logos, file…." menus you mention. What is your version of Logos and what operating system?
Thanks Dave. I didn't have the "use internet" turned on and I turned it on last night. After a bit the program initiated update and now it's working. I've been struggling with it for months. 😊
