These references are not converting to hyperlinks—they do fine when using a range of verses, but not when verses are separated by commas. This is an example from the book after it is built, showing the milestones still visible:
- Jn. 15. This chapter is the chapter on “abiding.” The word (Greek, meno μένω) appears in vv. 4 (3 times), [[5, 6, 7>>bible:John 15:5, 6, 7]] (twice), 9, 10 (twice) [[11, 16>>bible:John 15.11, 16]]. It is translated by the English words “abide,” “continue,” “remain,” and “dwell.” Fruit is described as “no fruit” (v. 2), “fruit” ([[vv. 2, 16>>bible:Jn 15.2, 16]]), “more fruit” (v. 2), and “much fruit” [[(vv. 5, 8>>bible:Jn 15.5, 8)]].
