Shopping Cart Issues

I'm trying to download the new SBL GNT, but I'm having issues with the shopping cart. I clicked the download link on the product page, which takes me to the cart. The item is in the cart for $0. I click the proceed button and the url bar briefly changes to www.logos.com/checkout/billing then changes back to www.logos.com/checkout and nothing else happens.

That last time it looks like Dan Pritchett did something to fix it. I've tried the other suggestions mentioned on those posts (stop/try again, use different browser, clear cache and cookies, etc.)

You didn't mention it, but did you try to type in update now in the command box to see if that update is already available?

Thanks! I didn't realize it would be automatically added to my licenses. It came through in the resource update.

So the desired end result has been acheived (getting the SBL GNT), but the cart still doesn't seem to be working. I removed the SBL GNT and added some other item just to check and I still can't get past the Proceed button. I should have mentioned in the initial post that this isn't the first time I've had this problem either, it happened last month some time. After a day or two of intermittently trying, it finally went through.

Andy,

You might want to look at clearing the cache in your browser (that will remove all cookies and everything else too - so you'll have to log back in to all your sites).

It is a possibility, however slim, that this will fix it.

I don't know if they fixed it because you posted or if I just don't have the snafu you are experiencing. You might just give it one more try.

I kept trying to get SBL GNT to download to my Libronix 3 laptop using "update" and was getting nowhere. I just went through the cart system and had none of the problems you are reporting. I did successfully get my new SBL GNT downloaded vis the order link.

Well, the shopping cart is working now. I'm on a different internet connection (not sure if that makes any difference or not), but the proceed button actually proceeds now.
