I get the small blue square with the Logos logo but it does not open. I have a Thinkpad laptop runing Windows 10. I am not particularly teck savy. It is just frustrating.

Has this started recently or have you never managed to open Logos successfully?
And does the splashscreen stay open or does it disappear after a time.

Now I only have the Logos icon at the bottom of the screen It does not bring up the blue box now. When I click on the icon nothing happens
I have been using logos for many years with no problems. I think I last used it early last week.
I tried the windows repair of Logos as recommended and now the blue square appears again but just stays on. It does not go off.
I recommend you enable diagnostic logging and upload logs in a reply to this thread after trying to start Logos

I have a custom workflow that I created for sermon study. A few weeks ago, I edited it on my home computer, but the edits haven't shown up on my church computer. Both computers have internet, and it seems everything else is working fine. Can someone help?

But the collections tool is hard to use - or am I doing something wrong? I can do a query like 'BST' and it shows me all the BST…
Bibleworks allowed users to choose from portions of the Bible that had descriptive headers. Example: Exodus 2:1 - Birth and Youth of Moses Logos only lists chapters with no descriptive headings. How can I get the same function that Bibleworks offered in Logos?
