(This is not a new bug, but posting here since the app store said I was a beta tester for this app).
I am a long-time Android user. However, when I tried using Logos with Android a few years ago, I found I could not select text unless it was visible on the screen all at once. As soon as I started scrolling, the selection would disappear. In order to use Logos, I was forced to by an iPhone and suffer with an iPhone for several years (woe is me!). Now that you fixed that issue, I just bought a new Google Pixel 9 and am much happier to be back in the Android OS!
However, now that I have Android, I am noticing some bugs that I reported when I was using an iPhone and seem to have only been fixed in iOS. (I sortof assumed that when you received a bug report, you would check to see if it was an issue in Android as well and fix them at the same time! Oh well… I'm still thankful you fixed them in iOS).
The highlighting experience is a really big issue for me! I use custom highlights, with bars and underlines, and there are two problems that really impact usability and experience. First, the highlight styles with a bar run through the text, rather than in the margins. This makes it difficult to see the highlights, and read the text, and is clearly not how it is supposed to be. See iPhone and Android comparison, below:
iOS (good)
Android (bad):
Second, the highlight style previews don't show whether the highlight style has an underline or a side bar, and sometimes don't show the highlight style at all for some styles. See iPhone and Android comparison, below:
iOS (good):
Android (bad). Note—how can you know by looking at the two stars or two exclamation marks which is the underline and which is the side bar???
