Hi @MJ. Smith, thank you for clarifying the resource it would have been in. I own that resource and so I thought I was just missing something, but that makes sense if it isn't complete. It isn't a big deal as I have the quote from the book which quoted it, I was just trying to link it to the original source to be organized.
