when i open the personal bible study I see the left pain with the mentioned links but i do not see anything in the pain that is supposed to have dictionaries, why and how do i fix it
@Bernice Navarro Where do you find "personal bible study"? And provide a screenshot of the Study.
Bernice, I assume you are starting from the Dashboard. When I do this, I get what the Help file says I should get:
Your Top Bible is on the left with the Insights Sidebar expanded to give you quick access to books and passages related to the current verse. To the right is a study Bible and a commentary, both of which offer helpful background information to help you better understand the passage. All three panels are grouped in linkset A icon, so they stay in sync as you read.
Here's a screenshot of what opens for me:
This is the view am talking about. In the need some help pain, you'll it explaining the dictionaries in linkset B. I have no dictionaries in or a linkset B. How do I set this up
Bernice, it seems like one problem is that what you are looking for (Jesus and Scripture) is not a topic Logos has in its database so can't return results. If you look down under the Factbook entry under Dictionaries you will find Factbook cannot find any with this topic, so none will appear in the layout.
To research this subject I'd suggest you start with an All Search using the Smart Search (AI) option. (If you have a subscription you should be able to do this. If not, Logos usually give three free usages per month to non-subscribers.)
I'd also suggest when you do this that you ask a specific question, as the words Jesus and Scripture are very vague. For example "How did Jesus view the Old Testament Scriptures?" or "How did the Old Testament speak about Jesus?" or "What did Jesus teach us about the scriptures."
Thank you

When doing a morph search and starting with h:hgh, there's only root 1 listed in the dropdown. Why is root 2 for h:hgh missing? Note this question is for roots not lemmas. Bob
I'm having problems with "Holman Old Testament Commentary" and "Holman New Testament Commentary" Link Sets on Logos Mobile Android. In the library, the commentary names are "Holman Old Testament Commentary" and "Holman New Testament Commentary", which means Link Sets don't work correctly. If I have a Bible and Holman Old…
I am working with Hebrew. How can I find all occasions of a word based on a specific triliteral root? For example I want to find the occurrence of every time "הגה" is used in the Psalter - regardless of the vowel pointings or how the word functions in any given passage. What is the work flow for this? Logos defaults into…
