went to paste text in a note used the wrong shortcut. I pasted the text but all the rest of my hours of work is gone! Is there any way to retrieve lost work? Thanks

I am considering buying the workbook for Van Pelt's Basics of Biblical Hebrew, but a big factor in my decision is whether I will be able to print out the workbook pages so that I can hand-write the answers onto actual paper. Does anyone have experience with this workbook or workbooks in general?
