I got an email yesterday that "In God's Presence: A Theological Reintroduction to Judaism" was out of prepub, and my credit card was charged for $47.69, as you can see in this image it shows as a completed order (and my credit card was charged):
The first problem is, it's been about 12 hours now, and the resource has not downloaded, and it does not show up on the web app either - so it's not a download issue on my computer (I did try restarting the computer just in case).
But the second problem is this - if I check the prepubs online at logos.com, (1) it shows it as still in production, and (2) It shows the price as $20.99, not the $47.69 I was charged! See this:
Has this resource been published or not, and can this be corrected that I am only charged the $20.99 price?
I have emailed customer service too, I was hopping someone here might know or have encountered the same issue. Maybe it's a server problem on Logos' end..
