Question: is there a reason you use the term tile rather than pane for the units within a window? Just wondering because it also causes you to use tile in a difference sense than Microsoft. I usually mess up and use Microsoft terminology in my head and forget to translate for the forums.
My actual question/bug comes from the Help Resource.
Note: Panels can still be moved by clicking the panel tab and dragging it to another location. They can also be resized. When one panel is moved or resized, the other panels adjust accordingly.

Isn't it the TILE that one can resize while the panel can be moved. Doesn't the size and shape of the Tile constrain the panel?
