I use Logos to support my personal study and for my Bible Study teaching. That said, I use the sermon document as my main finished product and most often I hand out a copy. I have some suggestions regarding the sermon document.
- First, we need the ability to insert a page break in the finished printout. Adding a line/header type of page break would work just fine. You could display page break to indicate what the blank line is for.
- I would like there to be a way of indicating speaker notes in my sermon document, with the option to print them or not, when I go to print it. Kinda the reverse of handout notes. The handout notes and questions are not robust enough to include large portions of the sermon document to be used as a handout, but almost every study I create, has additional material that I would like on my copy, either as fill in or as additional discussion material.
- I would like to see some indication when the content in the document is included in a slide. A different color bar or shading would really help.
- If possible, I would like the option to include any notes that I have attached to the reference. If it's too difficult to do at the time the reference is inserted, then you could make it a global setting to have it done automatically, and the user can delete any that are unwanted.
