Sermon Export Problem

I exported my sermon today into Microsoft Word and for some reason all of my "Prompt" formatting lines were removed.

my red letter prompts no longer export out of Logos. This also happens with the web version of the app (app.logos.com). Not sure if anything else is missing, but i did notice this before i preached this morning.

The sections formatted as prompts and questions are not exporting. These were previously exporting from the desktop app (Mac). When I export from the "Edit" tab, I expect all the content to export. They don't show up on the "Text" tab either. Admittedly, I'm not sure if that's the way it was before or not - but it does appear that the export is exporting exactly what's in the "Text" tab.

My notes last week exported as expected. The notes this week are exporting with less items included.
