How do I get rid of the Start Reading reading plan suggestion?

I have no reading plans set up. I clicked on this link from the search tool to read on Luke 11, and I have this Start Reading and later on a "Stop reading" button. I want neither, but I cannot figure out how to get rid of it.

this is on a mac. Latest version - 46.2.5. IMHO there should be a way to right-click it and remove it.
