Have you synced your licenses in LDLS3? Tools->Library Management->Synchronize Licenses

That should get your LDLS3 synced with the server account

Okay, syncing did it. I should have thought of that. Thanks Rick!

I cannot see the apparatus markers within The Lexham Greek-English Interlinear New Testament: SBL Edition anymore. Has there been a change?

I do not see an option for anything to do with an apparatus within the interlinear options for this resource. To the best of my knowledge the apparatus has always been a separate resource. You might have better luck starting a new thread, since this one is five years old. Having said that, here is the resource I am looking at:

    This is from the OP:

Lexham Greek-English Interlinear New Testament: SBL Edition. This is an interlinear version of the SBL Greek New Testament. It has the same type of data as the existing NA27-based Lexham Greek-English Interlinear New Testament (lemmas, morph, transliterations, Louw-Nida references, Strongs, and two levels of English glossing), only it is an interlinear of the SBLGNT text. It also includes apparatus markers, which are linked to the SBLGNT apparatus. Thanks to Hall Harris for his work in getting out this edition of the interlinear. (emphasis mine)

The resource itself does include apparatus markers, but those have nothing to do with which interlinear lines you choose to display. They are present even if all interlinear lines are hidden and all that is displayed is the Greek text. Here is a screenshot of one such marker being present with interlinear lines showing:

Here is one without interlinear lines showing:
