Is there a way to print out the results of a Study Assistant discussion?
At the bottom of the discussion, the third icon will Copy Contents for you (but it does not copy the query text).
We are adding a "Copy all" button to the panel to help facilitate this use case.
You can see this functionality on the web app today. It will be coming to Desktop in the near future.

When copying Scripture passages, is there a setting that would allow me to have verse numbers superscripted automatically?
I want to be able to hover or highlight a word on my English Bible and have the Greek text I am using to highlight that same word, so that I can see the words side by side. How do I go about doing this, I viewed the help videos and could not find the answer.
