BUG: Visual Markup Causes Page to Jump

Before I clicked crtl-K 61b-62 was at the top of the page. After I clicked the page jumped down a couple of lines.

This doesn't happen all the time, but frequently enough to be annoying, as sometimes the part I just highlighted ends up off the screen.

Edited to add: I just had an example of the highlighted part jumping off screen.
