Syncing between devices

Question

With where technology is today, I expect that there is a way to sync my tabs setup (the complete set) between my desktop app (Windows 11) and my Amazon Fire Tablet, so what shows on one shows on the other when I open up. And my notes and highlights appear on both devices. But I have not been able to find how to do this. Can anyone help me? Or point me in the right direction?

Notes and highlights should sync automatically across all devices where you are logging in using the same credentials.

But we can't sync tabs / layouts between desktop and mobile as the options for laying out tabs on desktop is richer than on mobile.

I use the mobile app more than the desktop. I use the layout feature for personal reading, study, etc. The layouts don't sync between devices. I was hoping this would be added, but it sounds like it's not possible based on the above answer.
