Add Eastern Orthodox facet to Bible Books Explorer

Because of:

the ecumenical canon of RSV, NRSV, NRSVue etc. including them
Eastern rite Catholic often using them
increased conversions from Western Christianity to Byzantine Christianity

the Eastern Orthodox canon has become a de facto standard for many purposes. Therefore, it should be included in the Bible Book Explorer
