It won't start even if I hold the CTRL key and try to open a new screen.
Do you get anything - a splashscreen, for example - or is there no response at all?
Try repairing Logos in the Windows Control Panel.
On windows, I sometimes use Task Manager to end a program in the background if it does not want to start. Usually, it is because it is open and running in the background, and simply needs to be closed via the Task Manager and then it will open.

Could we get updated metadata information on the version of A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens? It currently shows that Faithlife published it in 1997. I seem to recall that the company "Faithlife" didn't come about until around 2014. And at any rate, it would be helpful to know what the original version/publisher/date…
I have used over 70 percent of my A.I. limit I feel that is a good thing but, maybe I should be examining the text without it IDK either way perhaps the forums are a lazy short cut but what happens when I run out buy more, ask for an extension or just relax until next month?
