Issue with the sounding out or pronounciation tool in word study

I am trying to use the word study tab and when i try to use the Pronounciation tool it cuts the word short. Each time it gets the last couple of syllables but cuts the first one or frist two out completely. For example Apostolos, I only get the "olos" or "stolos" and not the "Apo". Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Is this happening with every word? In particular, is it actually happening with Apostolos? I'd like to recreate your situation to see what's happening.

@Corey M I remember it happening a while ago but I cannot reproduce now. Tell us your version of Windows and Logos.
Does it happen if you use the Pronunciation tool directly. Do you see all the languages as shown below?:

To me this sounds like an issue with your PC. Some modern PCs have a special built-in sound system which automatically applies audio effects like a graphic equalizer and sound compression, and this causes the first half second or so of the sound to be cut off.

I've experienced this on some laptops, so perhaps you should first try to play the sound on another PC and then you can confirm whether the issue is with Logos or with your PC sound system.

@Justin Gatlin @Dave Hooton , it is happening with every word a majority of the time. Id say 90 percent of the time. There is the rare instance when it does fully pronounce the word but its not very frequent. I am running the latest version of the desktop application on the latest windows 11 update if that helps.
