AI credits for Logos Subscription not resetting when I expected

My Logos subscription started 12/1/24. I thought AI credits were supposed to reset on the day of the month a person's subscription started—so for me, the first of each month. But when I logged on today (Feb. 1), my AI credit status showed I had already used 4% of my monthly credits. Am I mistaken about the credit reset date/timing?

I suspect it was changed to the first of the month. My quota has just reset.

Mine is still showing it'll refill around mid-February.

The refill date is clearly stated and the day relates to my subscription day.

Yes, I found out why my reset date has shifted. I renewed my subscription on Oct 1, the last day of my academic discount. So my quota reset was shifted to the first of the month.

Thanks everyone who responded. As originally noted, my subscription started 12/1/2024, and has run uninterrupted since then. So… as I understand it, my AI credits should have reset to zero on February 1st. I'll contact support to see why it didn't reset.
