Reversal of letter order in Hebrew text

I am reading The Unseen Battle: Spiritual Warfare, the Three Rebellions, and Christ's Victory Over Dark Powers. I'm just curious and wonder if anyone has any thoughts or answers as to why the letter order of Hebrew has been reversed, now reading from left to right. The example below is a quote from Michael Heiser's article, "Monotheism, Polytheism, Monolatry, or Henotheism?,” in The Bulletin of Biblical Research. In the original journal article the Hebrew is in proper letter order.

In the first place it seems that this shouldn't really be acceptable in a direct quote. And, secondly, it doesn't seem reasonable as an accommodation to English letter sequence since someone who knows English (and not Hebrew) would not know the letters anyway.

This is just my curiosity.

This is definitely a mistake. I'm not sure whether it's a bug in Logos or rather just a import mistake.

However, my best guess is that this is an importing error, in which the Hebrew letters were accidentally reversed during the creation of the Logos resource.
