Is there a way to make LOGOS less busy?

I am trying to love using LOGOS, but there are a couple of things that make it difficult for me to enjoy logos. First, it feels like social media. I don't care to know how many other people annotated or highlighted a Scripture . I don't want my text to be underlined unless I've underlined it. I want to make my own discoveries. Second, is there a possibility that we can get other background color options for MAC OS. It is difficult on my eyes to look at the white and at the black interface. I am presently using an M4 back with Tahoe 26.2.

You can turn off the underlines caused by others by disabling popular highlighting. There is information on how to do this in the Emphasizing Portions of the Text section of this article.

And you can select different background settings in the Accessibility area of the Program Settings tool. Do any of those give you something you prefer?

Run through Program Settings. Notice the NO's - where I aim for simplicity or hide things, especially Community data. The YES's show me what is useful, but you may differ.
