Newbie Help: Word Search

I am pretty new to using the tools in Logos. I want to conduct a word search within a particular book of the Bible to see if there is any theme or repetition. What is the best tool and how do you use it?

Here's an example where I was doing a search in Philippians - you can specify the book you want to search in the dropdown shown

But when you say you are looking for themes or repetition can you give a bit more detail so we can suggest something appropriate?
