Over the past few weeks we have been experiencing an issue with the Lyric Scrolling function.
We have been using Lyric Scrolling for some time, however, slides have now started to freeze mid-song when using certain keyboard keys. Using the arrow keys to scroll through slides seems to work fine, but as soon as one uses specific keys to jump to a verse or chorus or bridge slide, i.e. key strokes 1, C or B, for example, the slides freeze.
Initially, the thought was that it was a hardware issue, but after testing with two different laptops and a PC, the same issue has been experienced on all machines, making it a software issue.
