The LEB translates “Gog” as “GOD” in Ezekiel 38:18?
גּוֹג gôḡ Gog; Gyges
this seems to be an error.
“And so then in that day, on the day of the coming of God against the land of Israel,’ ⌊declares⌋ the Lord Yahweh, ‘my rage will come up in my anger. (Ezekiel 38:18, LEB)
in the ESV…
“But on that day, the day that Gog shall come against the land of Israel, declares the Lord God, my wrath will be roused in my anger.”(Ezekiel 38:18, ESV)
