New to MacOS here. How do you navigate through pages? There are no pgup and pgdn keys. Also no Home and End keys. So I did get the two finger thing, but what can you do with keys?

Use the fn key at the bottom left of the keyboard with the down arrow to move down a page, with the up arrow key to move up a page, with the right arrow key to move to the end of the document, and with the left arrow key to move to the beginning of the document.
The full size Mac keyboards have the all the navigation keys. But on MacBooks the arrow keys can substitute as Randall said.
