I wanted to write this to make anyone and everyone aware of Logos.com poilicies that they DON'T follow….so be warned! My son gave me a voucher for a 1 year term on logos as a Christmas gift. I wanted to see if I would benefit as a housewife who loves to study the Word from this system of study. I thought 1 year would be sufficient to determine that. On my account page once I had input the gift certificate voucher it clearly stated I had NO SUBSCRIPTIONS even though for some reason I had to input my financial details when signing on. Towards the end of the year I DID NOT receive an email to inform me my year was coming to an end and I would be 'rolled over' into my subscription and need to pay. Policy states I would be sent an email 2 weeks before…I didn't receive an email. The only time I was told my 1 year had come to an end was when the money for the second year had been taken from my account! BE WARNED. I then spent 2 weeks trying to cancel the subscription for this year which I am not using because I found the entire platform just too difficult to follow and received very little benefit from it. I REPEATEDLY TOLD THE MANAGEMENT I DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL WARNING ME ABOUT THE UPCOMING PAYMENT. I TOLD THEM MY ACCOUNT STATED I HAD NO SUBSCRIPTIONS SO WHAT WAS THERE TO CANCEL. I ALSO TOLD THEM THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP A LOSS OF THE RENEWAL WOULD COST. NO-ONE CARED. I WAS APPALLED…NOT ONLY DID THEY IGNORE THE FACT THEY HAD NOT FULFILLED THEIR OWN POLICIES BUT NO-ONE COULD EXPLAIN TO ME HOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO CANCEL SOMETHING THAT DIDN'T EXIST. THE WHOLE THING WAS A TRAP AND SHOWED HOW MONEY WAS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PRINCIPLES……YOU'VE BEEN WARNED…PROTECT YOURSELF.
