Pre Pub Pricing Question: Subscribers vs Non Subscribers

Probably a dumb question, but is there any difference in pre-pub/pre-order pricing for subscribers and non-subscribers, or does everyone receive the same price (with the exception of pre-pubs/pre-orders which qualify for dynamic pricing since those are custom)?

@DMB There are some eBooks where publishers put restrictions on discounting them, so I could see where that is possible.
