The up and down arrows located on the right hand side at the top and bottom of the service item column are small and fiddly to use, especially on a laptop.
It would be great if they enlarged when ovred ovr by mouse. This would make it so much easier and less frustrating.
Currently, they are so small that I often end up clicking just to the side, resulting in a skip to whatever item has been clicked on by mistake.
