Notes creation issue

Hi, I suddenly lost the ability to add a new note on my desktop app. All the solutions given online did not work - sync, toggle notes show etc. I see all my notes and highlights. When selecting a word and adding a note in a specific note it does not create it - it is anchored. I have been with Logos since 1997. Never this issue. 

You will notice other notes a shown from previous adds.

Since you show the note in yours screenshot, the issue is only that you don't see it in your bible. The note has been configured to not use a note marker (blue arrow vs. green arrows) and not use a highlighting style (red arrow vs. pink arrow), so although it is anchored correctly, you cant see it.
