This passage on page 145 in “Stories with Intent” by Snodgrass makes reference to several passages. The link in one of these references takes you to the wrong source: "Luke does not have a discourse on kingdom parables since in this context he offers only the Sower and its interpretation. He does follow the same basic story line and does parallel Mark 4:21-25 in including the sayings related to parables (Luke 8:16–18), but he places the parables of the Mustard Seed and the Leaven at 13:18–21 with no connection to any discussion of parables."
Klyne Snodgrass, Stories with Intent: A Comprehensive Guide to the Parables of Jesus, Second Edition (Grand Rapids, MI: William B. Eerdmans Publishing Company, 2018), 145.
The reference is to Luke 13:18-21, but when you click on the link it takes you to Matthew. This should be fixed.
