I currently use the Courses tool on desktop to view my Mobile Ed courses.
I want to start pivoting this toward my iPad.
What is the best way to accomplish this on my iPad?

I'm not sure I understand your question.
There is a Courses option under the Library section of the action menu.
Have you tried using that?

I tried it. I can open a Mobile Ed course as a resource on my iPad, but the functionality is not the same as the Courses tool in the desktop app.

I Had to re-install my Windows. When I re-installed LOGOS it needed to download my books. It only downloaded up to 20%, then it stops. Restarting and re-installing doesn't help
