Verse selectivity
I just ran a morph search for any noun with directional heh testing whether it would find any word with a specific pattern rather than one specific word with that formation. This didn't seem to work previously, but does now (Thank you). The problem is that, if I click on a verse in the search list, it doesn't go precisely to that verse. Since it does land nearby it isn't a great problem, but a more exact location would be expected. I clicked on the Gen 12.8 hit and ended up at 12.5 (even though the address indicated 12.8). Screenshot attached.

George,
If I understand you correctly; you are clicking on the "verse number" on the left hand column, right?
Try clicking on the pink (orange?) word that's highlighted on the left pane as a search result...that takes you to the exact location of the word in the verse.

You are correct that I was clicking on the verse number in the left column, but clicking on the word itself makes no difference (It only brings up the new starburst). Even if that did work, however, that is not the standard practice.
BTW: Happy beheading day. Marie Antoinette was beheaded today. [:^)]

If I remember right, I think Logos4 gets you to the correct verse but displays it not on the top but in the middle of the window. Is it not that what it does for you?

Yes, that is what happens. Are you telling me that is what it's supposed to do? That's different from 3.0.

So it shows a bit of "context" unlike 3 which brought the selection to the top and then I had to "scroll up a little" sometimes.
Ok...I can deal with that.

So can I. It's just that I didn't realize it was supposed to behave that way. When you think about it, what need is there for a starburst or circle to signify the location if it's always at the very top?

I get maybe a 1 line pre-view, but I have observed some variability. What seems to be "expected" is that it will not refocus if 2 verse hits are close together eg. click 12:8 and then 12:9.
