We have recently released updates for all the videos.
1. View your orders at https://www.logos.com/user/orders
2. Click on the order number next to Learn to Use Biblical Greek and
Hebrew with Logos Bible Software. This will take you to the Order
Summary page.
3. Scroll to the bottom and download Hebrew-v2.zip, Greek-v2.zip (Part 1), and Greek-v2.zip (Part 2).
4. After you download, unzip the files and move them to the directory
where your Learn to Use Biblical Greek and Hebrew with Logos Bible
Software videos are saved.
However, there is a problem with videos number 09, 10, and 11. When unzipped, they do not convert properly for Windows Media Player 12 for Windows 7. All other videos worked fine, including Greek (part 1 and 2). Any ideas?

Brian...
No real ideas....mine did fine...
One question; did you originally get the DVD?
If so...then the downloads are just to "hold you" while they get a DVD out to you..

It's possible that the zip file was corrupted. Some people received errors when unzipping these three videos, and the zip file was updated subsequently. It's possible your zip extractor did manage the extract, but caused some corruption. http://community.logos.com/forums/p/26382/195010.aspx#195010

Brian,
Thanks for starting this thread. I downloaded this monster file 3 times to try to get one that worked. I contacted Logos support by email and when they did not respond, I even tried to contact a salesman I have known for several years -- no joy, no reply, & no returned phone calls. Can somebody drive by and see if the lights are on? Finally I followed Mark Barnes' link and saw a recommendation to try Stuffit Expander. That did the trick for me. Where 7-zip did not work, Stuffit Expander worked.
Hope this helps!
